NOTICE OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the 57th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Porirua Club members will be held in the Clubrooms, Lodge Place,

Porirua on Wednesday 20th September 2023 commencing at 6.00pm.

BUSINESS:



1.  To confirm the Minutes of the 56th Annual General Meeting held on 21st September, 2022.

2. To receive, and if thought fit, to adopt the Report of the President for the year ended 31^st May, 2023.

3. To receive and, if thought fit, to adopt the Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31^st May, 2023.

4. To consider such other business as may be properly brought forward.

• Nominations for life membership as per rule 3.1.2 closed on the 23rd August 2023.
•  Annual Report to be published & hard copy available from the 30th August 2023.
• Nominations for positions of President, Vice President (2 positions) and the Committee (2 positions) closed 23rd August, 2023.
•  Absentee (Special) Votes as per rule 6.7.1.14 open 10th Sept until 5.00pm, 20th – September 2023.
•  Election for positions of President, Vice Presidents (2positions) and the Committee (2positions) as per rule 6.7.1.1 No Elections Required
